Every Henley Spirit piece is covered by our Lifetime Guarantee against manufacturing defects, for as long as you own it. If a genuine fault appears - a failed clasp, a snapped chain, a stone falling from its setting, or plating that fades beyond normal wear - we’ll repair or replace it , free of charge.
What isn't covered
- All Sterling Silver jewellery
- Colour loss on clasp connecting rings
- Normal wear and tear - gradual fading of plating and/or colour, scratches, and surface marks
- Accidental damage or misuse - impacts, force, or exposure to chemicals
- Loss or theft
- Altered items
- Items without proof of purchase

- Faulty clasps and fastenings
- Snapped chains
- Loose or lost stones
- Faulty mechanisms
- Items arriving damaged
- Colour and plating - tarnishing or discoloration beyond typical wear
Making a claim
Email help@henleyspirit.com with your order number and clear photos of the fault, within 14 days of noticing it. We may ask you to return the item for inspection (tracked post recommended, at your
cost). Approved claims are resolved by repair or replacement at our discretion; claims are assessed case by case and our decision is final. The guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and doesn’t cover indirect or consequential loss.
