International - Orders arrive within 5–7 business days via tracked shipping.

Yes - alongside the UK, we currently ship to the United States and Canada. International orders are sent via tracked shipping, with free shipping on orders over $100. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.
316L is a marine grade stainless steel, the same material found in luxury watches, chosen for its strength, high resistance to rust and tarnish, and skin friendly low nickel release. It's why our pieces are built for every day.
Very little upkeep is needed. Occasionally wipe your piece with a soft cloth and mild soapy water, then rinse and pat dry. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners, particularly on gold pieces.
Store each item separately, ideally in your Henley Spirit soft lined pouch, to prevent scratching and tangling.
Yes - 316L stainless steel handles water with no problem, so showering and swimming are fine. After the sea or pool, give it a quick rinse in fresh water, as long-term exposure to salt and chlorine can dull the finish over time.
PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) is a plating process used in luxury watchmaking. Rather than dipping the piece in a gold solution like traditional plating, 18K gold is vaporised in a vacuum chamber and bonded directly onto the stainless steel, creating a much harder, longer-lasting finish that holds its colour under everyday wear.
Yes, all of our pendants come hand paired with a matching chain. A lot of our pendants are available with two chain options depending on your style and all pendants are available in multiple lengths so you can find the perfect fit.
