How do I track my order?

You’ll receive full tracking information by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you create an account on our website, you can also view your tracking details directly in your account dashboard.

All of our shipping services are fully tracked, and some higher value pieces are sent using a signed-for service for added security, so please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

All available shipping options will be clearly shown at checkout.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All our gift sets include a free premium gift bag, designed to make gifting effortless. You can also add a gift bag to any purchase if you’re building your own set. Each bag fits two Henley Spirit jewellery boxes and comes with a branded seal sticker for a polished finish.

Even without a gift bag, every piece arrives thoughtfully presented. Tribal designs are packed in a hessian fabric pouch, while our HS Collection and Fred Bennett pieces arrive in Henley Spirit jewellery boxes with soft lined pouches that are ideal for long-term storage.

Do you ship internationally?

We now ship to both the UK and the US, and have adjusted our US pricing slightly so we can offer free tracked shipping on every order. We’re continuing to expand our delivery options, so stay tuned for more locations coming soon.

What does 925 mean?

'925' refers to sterling silver, which is made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals. Pure silver on its own is too soft for everyday jewellery, so these added metals give it extra strength and durability. This blend ensures your pieces shiny and more resistant to tarnishing.

How do I keep my silver jewellery clean?

Sterling silver naturally reacts with the air over time, which can cause light tarnishing. This is completely normal for real silver and very easy to look after - a quick polish with a silver cloth will bring the shine straight back.

For regular maintenance, all of our jewellery can be cleaned gently in warm soapy water and brushed with a soft toothbrush to remove everyday buildup.

If you’re cleaning plain sterling silver, a silver dip can also be used for a deeper clean. Just avoid using silver dip on plated or stone-set pieces, as these are best cared for with a polishing cloth or gentle soapy water.

How should I store for my jewellery?

To keep your pieces looking their best, store each item separately, ideally in your Henley Spirit soft-lined pouch. This helps prevent them from rubbing together, scratching, or getting tangled.

Do all pendants come with chains?

Yes, all of our pendants come hand paired with a matching chain. Some styles allow you to choose your preferred chain length, while others come with a pre-selected option, which will be clearly shown on each product listing.

Can I update or cancel my order once I've placed it?

As long as your item is in stock, we will start to prepare your order immediately and you will only have a limited window to amend or cancel your order. Please email, message or contact us through our contact form as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you.

How long will my order take to arrive?

You should receive your parcel within 2–4 business days when using our free standard delivery. Some items also qualify for next-day delivery if you need your order sooner.

Our dispatch cut off time is 1pm, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after this time, or over the weekend, will be packaged and dispatched the next business day.

Why does it say my items will arrive in 2 separate shipments?

Some of our pieces are fulfilled from a different location than others, which means your order may arrive in two separate parcels. Everything is tracked by our team, and you’ll receive updates for each delivery so you know exactly when to expect them.
