We take great care in delivering your order safely. All pieces are shipped free of charge with tracked delivery, and most valuable metal items are sent Signed For, meaning someone will need to be available to receive the parcel.

Delivery typically takes 2–4 days after dispatch, with an optional Next Day Delivery upgrade available at checkout on certain items.

We dispatch items Monday–Friday and have a cut off time of 12PM for same day dispatch. Orders placed after 12PM on Friday will be dispatched on the next business day.
