OUR POLICY
We offer a 30 day return policy, giving you 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be returned in the same condition you received it, unless there is a fault, deformity, or issue with the jewellery, and it must be sent back in its original packaging.

If your return is approved, we will send you a pre paid return label along with full instructions on how and where to send your package. Once your item arrives with us, it will be inspected, and if everything is approved, your refund will be processed and you’ll receive a final confirmation update.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
